1. According to needs and experience, choose different types of refurbishment machines and grinding methods. The grinding effect is influenced by various factors such as stone material, dead weight of the machine, speed, presence of water and its quantity, type and quantity of grinding materials, granularity, grinding time, and user experience.
2. If the stone surface is severely damaged, start with 3JKP or 4JKP metal grinding (shears) to flatten it. Then proceed with grinding in the following order: 30#, 50#, 150#, 300#, 500#, 1000#, 2000#, and finally 3000#.
3. If the stone surface damage is not severe, begin with higher granularity grinding and adjust according to the actual situation.
4. Experienced technicians can achieve a surface brightness of up to 60-80 degrees using a polishing film DF for granite floors or crystal surface treatment; for marble floors, a better polishing effect can be achieved using a sponge polishing film FP6.
5. When using high particle size fine-grinding treatment, reduce water consumption appropriately. Before each subsequent grind at a different particle size level, it is recommended to clean the working surface to avoid affecting the grinding effect.
6. Jingda diamond refurbishment plates are similar in use to soft grinding plates but have a longer service life and provide better ground smoothness.
